• Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
• Mobile Access: For mobile pet spa sessions, clients must provide a safe, legal parking clearance at their driveway or residential property.
